  本書結(jié)合“十四五”配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃相關要求與山東省相關工作實踐,從配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法、目標、策略、深度要求等方面對新形勢下配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃相關內(nèi)容進行了全面梳理,提出高效利用設備、精準預測負荷、科學確定發(fā)展重點、差異化制定目標、優(yōu)化規(guī)劃工作體系、推廣鄉(xiāng)村電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)格化規(guī)劃等山東省“十四五”配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法及策略。本書共分三篇十章,分別是配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃重點篇、配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法篇、配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃策略篇。并附有配電網(wǎng)設施空間布局規(guī)劃內(nèi)容深度規(guī)定。

作者簡介

  國網(wǎng)山東省電力公司是國家電網(wǎng)公司的全資子公司。本部設22個部門,下轄18家地市級供電企業(yè)、17家業(yè)務支撐單位和綜合單位,3家新興產(chǎn)業(yè)單位及98家縣供電公司,服務電力客戶4915萬。2020年,全省全社會用電量6939.85億千瓦時,公司完成售電量4126.9億千瓦時,同比增長3.96%。國網(wǎng)山東省電力公司發(fā)展策劃部是所屬一個部門。,國網(wǎng)山東省電力公司經(jīng)濟技術研究院成立于2012年4月9日,是省公司電網(wǎng)發(fā)展和公司發(fā)展支撐單位,目前具備工程咨詢、工程設計“雙甲”資質(zhì),設有4個職能部室、3個中心和1個子公司。主要負責全省電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和工程設計技術歸口管理;負責全省電網(wǎng)發(fā)展總體規(guī)劃和專項規(guī)劃的研究與編制;負責220~500千伏電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的研究和編制;負責35千伏及以下電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃評審,指導市經(jīng)研所具體編制110千伏及以下電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃并納入全省電網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和專項規(guī)劃;負責牽頭開展省內(nèi)220~500千伏電網(wǎng)項目可研、電力設施遷改方案編制;負責110~220千伏電網(wǎng)項目可研、電力設施遷改方案、電源接入系統(tǒng)方案評審;承擔所轄35~220千伏(規(guī)模以下)電網(wǎng)項目初設評審和結(jié)算審核;負責省公司資本類、成本類項目的技經(jīng)業(yè)務支撐;負責電網(wǎng)建設項目的工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督,負責定額站、質(zhì)監(jiān)中心站日常管理;主要承接220千伏及以上電網(wǎng)項目設計;負責大修技改、營銷、信息通信、小型基建等項目造價咨詢和可研初設評審工作。
